Wednesday 31st March (ep 4453)

Maxwell bargains TK's study week down to two days, and TK resents being taken advantage of.

Later, Maxwell tries to smooth things over with Sarah.

TK brings up his study leave, insisting on taking the full week.

Frustrated, Maxwell seeks Sarah out and insists on resolving their argument.

They reconcile, but Sarah has to work late, leaving Maxwell at a loose end.

Isaac jumps at the chance to perform a liver resection under Chris's supervision.

Isaac meets with the patient, Mr Carthew, but gets distracted by Libby and Tania, resulting in him missing one of the surgical consents.

In surgery, Chris orders a blood transfusion and is annoyed when Isaac admits his failure to gain consent.

Chris is forced to call a halt to the surgery.  Later, Chris uses Isaac's mistake as an example during his seminar on communication with patients.

Isaac is embarrassed, despite Chris not naming him as the surgeon responsible.

After work, Isaac goes to the I.V. for a drink, where he is snubbed by Tracey and Tania.

Kieran takes pity on him and introduces him to another patron, but Isaac doesn't 'click' with her.

When Maxwell enters, he and Isaac team up and go to the casino.

Maxwell tells Isaac that Sarah doesn't like gambling and asks that he keep their casino visit a secret.

Gerald and Libby both wish Rachel would put them out of their misery regarding their jobs.

Callum urges Rachel to make a decision.  She promises to inform the staff first thing in the morning.

At Chris's seminar, Gerald fails to get the projector working, and when Libby tries to help she makes things worse.

Yvonne saves the day by using a software troubleshooting checklist given to her by Daniel.

Yvonne hopes she has proved her worth, but soon afterwards Libby overhears Callum and Rachel and learns that Yvonne is going to be fired.

She teams up with Gerald. Together they go and see Rachel and deliver an ultimatum - if Yvonne goes, they all go.
